One of a kind Statement piece. Hand drawn, sculpted.

A little bit about my 3D pen art. It's a handheld electric pen that extrudes hot plastic filament when you press a button. The plastic filament is molten when extruded but dries to a hard or flexible finish depending on the filament type. While it is molten it can be drawn with like a pencil, or textured like clay. Drawing over curved surfaces creates that 3d effect.

Filament type - PLA filament. It comes in solid colors, satins, silks and transparent.

Finishing - I love using rhinestones and faux pearls to add a touch of sparkle. The use of liquid metal foiling adds a cool metallic look and is covered by lacquer.

Each piece I do is a one off. I love the inspiration of trying new things regularly. I learn something new with each piece. I'm absolutely in love with this medium.
